New company price 'Diversity in action' draws outstanding DE & I initiatives

The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitization (DIIND) has launched a new company price in cooperation with ACI Consulting, the leading strategy and transformation advice for diversity, equity & inclusion. The “Diversity in Action” award is characterized by companies and organizations, which stand out due to their outstanding commitment in the field of diversity, equality of opportunities and inclusion. The aim of the price is to award innovative and sustainable initiatives that help to create an inclusive and opportunities for opportunities.

The importance of diversity is increasingly emphasized and recognized as an engine for innovation and progress. In view of a constantly changing world, it is of crucial importance to bring together a variety of perspectives, backgrounds and experiences in order to develop the best solutions and to manage the challenges of our time. Ines Woermann, Managing Director of Diind GmbH, emphasizes that the award provides companies more visibility and offers orientation for applicants, customers and partners.

The price "Diversity in action" is aimed at companies and organizations of all sizes and industries. The application deadline ends on August 31, 2024.

The special thing about this price is the comprehensive assessment of the DE & I-E-EVERSGRASE of the participating companies. The ACI Consulting consultants examine the submitted initiatives based on a structured criteria catalog and create an individual confidential short report for each company. This report gives the company valuable insights into its strengths and weaknesses in the field of de & i management and contains specific recommendations for action for further development.

The award winners will be awarded in Berlin as part of the Big Bang Ki Festival on September 11th and 12th, 2024. The festival offers a platform for exchange and networking on the topics of innovation, digitization and sustainability.
