Berlin, October 23, 2023 - The Kungerkieztheater in the Park Center Treptow will be presenting the play “Zum hell with youth” from November 10, 2023. The piece is about two women of different ages who meet and decide on the way to aging and decide to stop and play with each other. In twelve scenes, various aspects of aging are humorously and thoughtfully illuminated.

The piece was written in 1993 and re -staged by Holger Franke in 2023. Franke, who lives in the neighborhood and is known as a theater and screenwriter, is happy about the resumption of the play. He emphasizes that the topic is ageless and too serious to treat it without humor. According to Franke, the piece is well aged, stayed young and abolished pleasantly.

The performance is promoted by the decentralized cultural work of the Office for further training and culture in Treptow-Köpenick.

The actresses Katrin Heinau and Ramona Olasz play directed by Holger Franke. Jana Baumann is responsible for the stage and costumes and the music is composed by Michael Reinhold Schmitz.
