Ten years of individual advice: Support for single parents in Treptow-Köpenick

A reason to celebrate! The individual advisory service of the employment agency and the job center Treptow-Köpenick presents itself a proud ten years young! Thousands of single parents and job seekers were able to count on the support of the dedicated consultants during this time. An anniversary that not only takes stock, but also takes a look at the future!

The equal opportunities representatives are personally available to help people without work on their way to their professional return. This essential advisory format is maintained by close cooperation with the district equal opportunities officer-a real Dream team in the service of equality!

Help for single parents and returners

District Mayor Oliver Igel sums up the importance of this initiative: "With this advisory format, we support single parents and women in recovering their place in professional life and bringing into harmony with a career." Thanks to the cooperation with the women's projects and the employment agency, this service has proven itself as a recipe for success in a large number of life stories!

Maria Koch, the district's equality officer, emphasizes: "Berlin is the capital of single parents! Almost a third of the households are managed by single parents, and 85% of them are mothers." Their commitment primarily applies to women who constantly overcome their professional challenges and at the same time have to manage the family.

A unique opportunity for everyone who wants to take the step back into working life! The advisory service takes place every 3. or 4. Wednesday of the month between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Here are the last dates this year that you shouldn't miss:
