On October 12, 2024, the Joseph Schmidt Music School in the Baumschulenweg district will organize a special day for music lovers. Under the direction of Marco Brauchmann, the district councilor for further training, school, culture and sport, the music school will open its doors from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and offer everyone interested the opportunity to get to know the diverse program of the facility.

Visitors can look forward to a varied program. Various trial lessons for instruments are on the plan, so that curious live can experience which sounds they can produce themselves. There will also be small concerts that offer an insight into the musical training of the students. Consulting campaigns are planned for the younger guests to bring children closer to the joy of music.
