Beautiful Christmas market: art, culture and culinary delights in Schöneweide

When the year is coming to an end, there is no better place in Berlin than the Beautiful Christmas Market! On December 7th and 8th, 2023, Mahalla, a former industrial -historical jewel, transformed into a real winter wonderland. Admission is free, but the donations for the artists: inside are more than welcome!

Look forward to a magical experience with over 50 stands full of creativity and art! Here you will find handmade unique pieces from the areas of clothing, jewelry, ceramics and illustration. And the best? You can not only browse for great gifts, but also let yourself be pampered with delicious dishes from the Schöneweider neighborhood!

The upper beautiful Christmas market not only brings brilliant craftsmanship, but also an exciting cultural program! This year, among other things, the talented Finnish Bluesman Pan Salmenhaara and the Brazilian guitarist Carlos de Souza are on stage. In addition, look forward to the Zenobia Theater, the rousing vocal trio "Sing! Sing!", Spectacular Fire shows by Entourage Berlin and many other breathtaking performances!

Details that make the difference

On the two days, December 7th and 8th, Mahalla opens its goals: Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The event is supported by the Schönevibes Collective e.V., a non -profit initiative that is committed to strong cooperation in the neighborhood.

The visitors are spoiled with a colorful program and special surprises: from the Alt-Berliner Leberstermann Horst Bölsdorf, the fairy tale lesson with Violeta Rivera, to the bright walk acts from Poemas de Luz-there is something for everyone!
