On October 14, 2025, there will be a public election event for the neighborhood advisory board of the “Living Centers and Quarters Baumschulenstrasse – Köpenicker Landstrasse” funding area. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at the Treptow-Köpenick Adult Education Center, Baumschulenstraße 79-81. The members of the advisory board have already been involved in the planning and implementation of important measures, such as traffic studies and open space concepts. The neighborhood advisory board will consist of up to 15 members who come from different groups: residents, associations, property owners and businesses are represented. Interested people have the opportunity to stand for election, although spontaneous candidacies are also possible on the day of the event. The elected advisory board will serve for a period of two years and meet regularly to actively shape developments in the district.
