In cooperation with the Berlin city cleaning (BSR), the district office Treptow-Köpenick is once again organizing the BSR neighborhood days for mobile household-related disposal of bulky waste and other recyclings. Private households can hand over bulky waste, electrical devices and old textiles free of charge. An integrated exchange and gib market also offers the opportunity to pass on "old treasures" or maybe discover them for yourself. What did not find any new owners at the end of the day will receive the "still" - the BSR used for the BSR in Reinickendorf.

In the BSR Kieztagen, holistic waste prevention, "reuse" ("reuse") and "zero waste of resources" ("zero waste") are very important. Among other things, illegal garbage deposits are to be prevented in public space.

The neighborhood days in November take place on the following dates:

• Saturday, November 18, 2023, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Schönefelder Chaussee 28, 12524 Berlin (on the hope area at the Tom residential project)
• Saturday, November 25, 2023, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m., Heidelberger Straße 90, 12435 Berlin (in the Edeka Parkplatz)

This mobile service offers a good addition to the bulky waste collection and the stationary BSR recycling courtyards.

In Berlin there are already numerous initiatives for sustainable disposal of bulky waste and valuable materials.
