Kieztandem 2024: Support volunteer refugees

At the beginning of 2024, the KiezTandem project starts again and offers the opportunity to take up a meaningful and fulfilling voluntary work. Volunteers can sponsor for refugees and spend time together. The project, which has existed since 2018, promotes the intercultural exchange between Neuberliner: inside with escape background and volunteer in Treptow-Köpenick. In addition to everyday encounters, joint activities such as language acquisition, walks, cultural events and more are in the foreground. The full -time team supports in the mediation of tandem garters, offers qualification measures and organizes regular meetings for the tandems. The project is financed by the Unionhilfswerk Berlin Foundation, retraining, retraining, social issues (Bus) gGmbH by donations from the asylum, migration and integration fund (AMIF) of the European Union.
