Berlin: Kitas from Treptow-Köpenick start the state program for healthy daycare center
In Treptow-Köpenick on February 5, 2024, daycare centers set off again to use the Berlin state program "Kitas-for the good healthy daycare center" as an instrument of organizational development. Together with the deputy mayor and district councilor for youth, Mr. Grammelsdorff, and the district coordinator, Ms. Kintzel, have the executive representative: inside, lines and pedagogical specialists from five institutions. The accompanied multiplier: Interior training begins on March 4, 2024. In addition, the participating daycare centers are made available to the participating daycare centers free of charge from cooperation partners such as health insurance companies.
In Treptow-Köpenick, promoting daycare centers and their development is an important concern. The Berlin state program "Kitas move - for the good healthy daycare center" offers the daycare centers the opportunity to develop and offer their employees: to offer interesting training opportunities on the inside. This not only contributes to the satisfaction of the employees: inside, but also to the quality of the care and education of the children.
The promotion of health and well -being in daycare centers has a long tradition in Berlin. As early as the 1990s, the first programs to promote the health of children in early childhood education and care facilities were published. This tradition is continued and developed with the state program "Kitas - for the good healthy daycare center".
