Tjark Ernst, the native of Stuttgart, came to the capital from VfL Bochum in the summer of 2022. His first season was a complete success: he gave his Bundesliga debut in the sensational 2-1 win in Wolfsburg. In the last second division season, the 21-year-old strengthened his place as an undisputed number 1 in goal and showed his skills with 27 missions in the league and three more in the DFB Cup. This season he is already in all six league ligaduels between the posts!

With an impressive height of 1.93 meters, the keeper not only drew attention to the fans, but also the national team. During the last international break, Tjark was nominated for the U21. Before that, he successfully passed further junior selections, including three games for the German U20. An ascent that could write history!
