The start of construction for the building at Germaniastraße 4-6 was planned in March 2019. The completion of components 1 and 2 is planned for December 2024, while component 3 is to be completed in March 2025. According to the tested construction planning documents, the construction costs for the project amount to 20,700,000 euros.

The building should offer a total of 720 school places, including space for high school classes with 0 to 4 trains. Various actors were involved in the planning of the project, including Hagemann + Liss Architects, AAK, KBS Architects, M4 Architects, Arcus, IB Sebastian + Rötsch Partner, EB Ing. / Zech Bau, IB Grünewald, IB Ottersbach and Oppermann.

Furthermore, fire protection evidence of KUK Krebs and pine were created. The specialist planning for technical equipment was also carried out in different phases and with different participants. The outdoor facilities were designed by Oppermann.
