Various actors were involved in the planning of the project, including Hagemann + Liss Architects, AAK, KBS Architects, M4 Architects, Arcus, IB Sebastian + Rötsch Partner, EB Ing. / Zech Bau, IB Grünewald, IB Ottersbach and Oppermann.

Furthermore, fire protection evidence of KUK Krebs and pine were created. The specialist planning for technical equipment was also carried out in different phases and with different participants. The outdoor facilities were designed by Oppermann.
