Innovative series of seminars for lateral teams started

The district office Tempelhof-Schöneberg recently announced an innovative cooperation with the University of Economics and Law (HWR) Berlin. This collaboration is intended to offer a series of seminars for caring for the upper functional level in order to specifically support them in their familiarization and activity in the district administration. The seminars are based on the latest state of scientific research and practice and should convey a well -founded understanding of the requirements of administrative work to the participants.

The close cooperation with HWR Berlin ensures that the seminars are carried out at the highest level. District Mayor Jörn Oltmann and Dirk Hennings, head of the service unit finance, personnel and control service, welcomed the cooperation and emphasized how important it is to offer the new employees innovative development opportunities.

The head of young management and coordinator of the series of seminars, Ms. Kichliche, emphasizes the new form of learning for the transverse seams. This includes self -learning units that are carried out online, as well as presence seminars, in which the knowledge is used using practical case studies. This innovative format is intended to enable an effective link between theory and practice.

The series of seminars will start in autumn 2024 and coordinated by the youth management of the district office.
