Successful BSR Kieztag in Lichtenrade!
On March 21, 2024, a successful BSR Kieztag took place on the Nahariyastraße marketplace in Lichtenrade, which was organized by the project "We for the Environment" of the district management in cooperation with the Berlin city cleaning (BSR). At this event, the residents had the opportunity to get to know each other, chat, exchange and dispose of their bulky waste. The BSR accepted mattresses, electrical appliances, small furniture and much more, while the exchange of books, games, puzzles and other objects also took place.
In addition, visitors were able to knead seed balls for spring at the booth of the Bornhagenweg neighborhood center. The team of "Our kitchen in the district" presented culinary delicacies from the kitchen and the community center of the Evangelical parish invited to coffee and information. District City Councilor Eva Majewski was pleased with the success of the neighborhood day and emphasized the importance of the environmentally friendly disposal of bulky waste.
The team of the local neighborhood management Nahariyastraße was also on site to support the event and was available for discussions and activities. Further information on the event can be found on the website of the Höhariyastraße district management.
