Tariff dispute in the Dahme-Spreewald clinic: demands increase!

The upcoming collective bargaining for the non-medical employees and trainees of the Dahme-Spreewald GmbH clinic are in the direction of a crucial moment. These discussions will continue in the coming week, with employers will make a first offer on June 3. The negotiator of Verdi, Ralf Franke, emphasized the need for an alignment of the payment to the collective agreement for the public service, which is to benefit all about 650 non -medical employees. RBB24 reports .

The concrete demands of Verdi include an eight percent salary increase and an increase in the shift in the layers. In addition, the 145 trainees should receive 150 euros more per month. In the context of the collective bargaining, it is also worth mentioning that on June 4, negotiations for the employees and trainees of the Sana Clinics of Niederlausitz will also begin. Verdi calls for the takeover of the group collective agreements that apply to the other Sana clinics in Brandenburg and Berlin. The Dahme-Spreewald GmbH clinic operates the Achenbach Hospital in Königs Wusterhausen with 267 planned beds and the Spreewald Clinic Lübben with 181 plan beds. It is worth noting that the Dahme-Spreewald district is 51 percent of the GmbH. The remaining 49 percent are owned by the Sana clinics. After leaving the municipal employers' association in Brandenburg in 2011, the tariffage deteriorated, which led to a house collective agreement that has been negotiated by Verdi every two years since then. However, this contract was terminated on March 31, 2025, which brings the participating employees into a tense situation.
