Reading "Stops Fleing!" In the cultural and education center Sebastian Haffner

On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, a special reading will take place in the Sebastian Haffner cultural and education center. Under the title "Stopping Dispatch! Discrimination" Recognize and dismantle ", the authors Anne Gersdorff and Karina Sturm present their manual for change. This offers simple explanations and vivid examples to demonstrate and reduce the discrimination against people with disabilities, also known as a disposable.

The reading is part of the Disability Pride Month and is supported by the Pankow City Library and the anti -discrimination officer of the Pankow district. This important event is moderated by Raúl Krauthausen and by the district mayor, Dr. Cordelia Koch, opened. The mayor emphasizes the importance of inclusion as a human right and is pleased that the book is presented in Pankow.

The free reading takes place both on site in the accessible auditorium in the main building as well as online on zoom. A German spoken language is used and an interpreter in the German sign language (DGS) is offered.
