The Steglitz-Zehlendorf district assembly recently decided to provide an area in the protected green area afterwards to the Bäkepark on the banks of the barn for a dog free. The area, which comprises approx. 2,000 sqm, was prepared by a company on behalf of the green area department. It offers dogs the opportunity to move freely and have fun. In addition, self -closing goals, seating and waste bins are available.

The official inauguration of the dog free will take place on Wednesday, March 6th, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the Barnackufer/Königsberger Straße in 12207 Berlin. District City Councilor Urban Aykal cordially invites everyone interested to take part in the inauguration.
