In the coming weeks, the district mayor and the district councilors offer various consultation dates in order to give citizens the opportunity to contact their political representatives. The dates extend over several districts and deal with topics such as urban development, civil services and social affairs, environmental and nature conservation as well as youth and health.

On March 5, 2024, Patrick Steinhoff, district councilor for urban development, accepts the concerns and questions of the citizens in the town hall of Zehlendorf, room E 312. A phone call under 90299-2001 is enough to register for the consultation.

Also in the town hall of Zehlendorf, but in the room E 306, district councilor Carolina Böhm will be available for youth and health on March 14, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A telephone registration under 90299-6001 is also required here.

District City Council for order, environmental and nature conservation, streets and green spaces, Urban Aykal, on the other hand, will hold his office hours on March 13, 2024. The exact location will be announced when registering, the registration itself is possible by phone at 90299-7001.

Last but not least, Tim Richter, district councilor for civil services and social affairs, offers two appointments: On March 7 and March 28, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., he will be found in the town hall Lankwitz, 2nd floor, room 222. Here, too, a telephone registration is required at 90299-5300.

The opportunity to contact political representatives directly offers citizens the opportunity to put their concerns and concerns directly. Due to the personal conversations, local problems and challenges can be discussed and solutions can be developed. This strengthens democracy at the local level and promotes confidence in political decision -makers.
