30 years of Warm food action: A valuable offer for the needy in Zehlendorf

For 30 years, the “Warmes Essen action” campaign has been taking place in the Pauluskirche Zehlendorf, in which warm meals are spent on homeless people and people with low incomes. This offer is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the hall of the church in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district. The district office supports this initiative, which is carried out by Milaa gGmbH in cooperation with the Paulusgemeinde Zehlendorf. The district mayor Maren Schellenberg and district councilor for civil services and social Tim Richter took part in a festival service on the occasion of the 30th anniversary and thanked the organizers and committed to their valuable contribution to the community.

The "Warm Eating Action" is an important offer for the needy and is particularly important in times of crisis, such as the current one. The challenges for people and institutions are increasing in these times, which is why it is all the more important to offer help in any form. The "Warm Eating Action" is always happy about donations to continue their work. Donations can be transferred to the account of the Berlin-Südwest church district association with the intended use "Paulus Zehlendorf/Warmes Essen".

This long-term offer of the "Warmes Essen" campaign in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district helps to support people in need and to provide them with Essen and other help offers in the direct neighborhood of the Zehlendorf town hall. It is an example of solidarity and the commitment of the Berlin citizens to strengthen their community.
