Lecture in Spandau: Get to know new ways against chronic inflammation
Health in focus: Effects of chronic inflammation on the community in Spandau
In the coming weeks, the citizens of Spandau have the opportunity to participate in an informative lecture on a common health problem that affects numerous people: chronic inflammation. These diseases that can affect different areas of the body - from skin diseases to rheumatic complaints to inflammatory bowel diseases - are treated on September 23 and 30 in the adult education center and the city library.
Brigitte Karbe, an experienced naturopath, will present solutions and alternative treatment methods in her two -part lecture that could help many who struggle with these symptoms. The first part of the lecture that takes place in the adult education center includes a comprehensive introduction to the various clinical pictures that arise from chronic inflammation. Also discussed with alternative healing methods such as herbal medicine and homeopathy, which can be used in addition to conventional medicine. This could be a valuable addition to their current understanding of health for many participants.
The second part of the lecture is devoted to another important aspect: nutrition. A conscious, anti-inflammatory diet can have a significant impact on the course and the severity of inflammatory diseases. Participants can look forward to a variety of scientifically well -founded recipes that can be integrated into everyday life in a simple but effective way. A detailed nutritional program is also made available so that the participants can take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle.
The lectures start at 6 p.m. While the first part takes place on September 23 in the house of the adult education center in room 106 (Carl-Schurz-Straße 17, 13597 Berlin), the second part will be offered on September 30th in the group work area of the district central library Spandau (Carl-Schurz-Straße 13, 13597 Berlin). Both events are free and open to everyone interested. Due to limited capacities, however, you are asked to register in good time.
This is an excellent opportunity for the Spandau community to find out about health issues that affect many people. Such events are not only important for individual health, but also promote awareness within the community for alternative healing methods and healthy ways of life. The commitment of the adult education center and the city library in the provision of educational resources shows how valuable information and prevention in the field of health are.
