New range of movements for seniors in Spandau from May 2024

From May 8, 2024, the Seniorenreff Ruhlebener Straße in Berlin offers a new range of movements for seniors. This training is aimed specifically at people from the age of 50, since from this age balance, muscle strength and endurance drop and thus increase the risk of falling in old age. The range of movements aims to improve the daily movements, strengthen the muscles, to train the sense of balance and thus increase personal well -being. Previous knowledge is not required, and the course fee is € 16 for 4 appointments of 60 minutes.
