From February 21, 2024, the Hakenfelde senior club, a facility of the Spandau district office, Office for Social Affairs, offers a painting course and drawing course. The course takes place every Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and is intended for all seniors who are interested in discovering or developing their artistic skills. The course is headed by the freelance artist Margot Frase, who will teach the participants various techniques. No previous knowledge is required, so that everyone is cordially invited to participate.

The course is aimed at seniors who want to work artistically in their free time and want to spend together with other creative hours. Painting and drawing can not only have a relaxing effect, but also contribute to the fact that the participants express themselves creatively and learn new skills.
