Creative sustainability: Start workshops in Spandau libraries!

In the Spandau city area, an exciting workshop series on the German campaign days for sustainability is offered. From September 18 to October 8, 2024, large and small art lovers can be active in the children's and youth library as well as in four district libraries of the Spandau City Library. Under the direction of the illustrator Patricia Thoma, interested parties have the opportunity to design creative postcards with natural colors and get to know the principles of sustainability.

A central concern of these workshops is to raise awareness of the participants to the prudent use of resources. By using materials from nature, it is illustrated how important it is to avoid garbage and to operate sustainably. This creative approach should illustrate people how to simply contribute to environmental protection.
