Domestic violence in Spandau: Berlin citizens call for comprehensive implementation of the Istanbul Convention

Spandau has had the highest quota of domestic violence in Berlin for years, which is 40 percent above the Berlin average. The district regions Heerstrasse and Spandau Mitte are particularly affected. A new study points out that Spandau is also the most affected district of Berlin.
