In a press release, the investor Fay Projects confirmed that the Borealis Hotel Group will operate a four-star hotel, the "Hilton Garden Inn", with 267 rooms. The long -term lease agreement over 20 years has already been signed. In addition, the Discounter chain Woolworth will take over one of the business areas, with a rental agreement for ten years.

But that's not all! A full -time supplier should also move in on the Spandau Ufer, but more details are not yet known. According to the project manager, over 50 percent of the total area have already found. The planning also includes offices, a medical center, living rooms and gyms. The construction work could begin in 2025, although the start was originally planned for 2020. Until then, the site was used for various attractions, including a water circus and the largest mobile roller skate in Europe.
