Sennder strengthens its position on the European street freight market by signing an agreement to assume the European Land Transport Business (EST) of C.H. Robinson. With a planned joint turnover of 1.4 billion euros, Sennder becomes one of the top 5 players for complete truck load loads in Europe. This strategic acquisition will expand its network capacity and increase efficiency in road freight transport.

The takeover of the EST business is a significant progress in Sennder's mission to build an efficient and sustainable road freight traffic network in Europe. With an increased presence at over 20 locations and an extended team of 1,700 employees: Inside, Sennder will consolidate his position on the market. This transaction enables Sennder to further expand the range of services and offer a wider range of freight transport options.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024 after all the necessary steps, including the entrepreneurial restructuring of the acquired business area, the hearing of employee representatives: inside and the merger control procedure were carried out.
