The residential developer Instone Real Estate, who works across Germany, celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the “Fuchsgarten” residential area in Nuremberg-Boxdorf. The project comprises eight apartment buildings with a total of 105 condominiums and 13 townhouses. The completion is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2025. The apartments are created in the BEG Efficiency House Standard 55 EE. Andreas Zeitler, Managing Director of Instone Real Estate Development GmbH, emphasized the high quality and importance of the project in his speech.
The residential area "Fuchsgarten" offers sustainable living space in the green northwest of Nuremberg. It is in an attractive location between city and nature, which makes the living environment particularly attractive. The eight apartment buildings include condominiums with living areas from 37 to 141 m² to one to four rooms. There are also 122 underground parking spaces and accusations for e-charging stations.
