A new chapter for Reinickendorf begins! Yesterday, on November 6th, the first 126 apartments of the eagerly awaited face campus were ceremoniously handed over. This impressive joint project on Titiseseestrasse combines the forces of Ten Brinke, the Evangelical Church Circle of Reinickendorf and the Housing Building Society Gesobau AG. More than just living space is created here - it will be a model project for integrative living and social support until 2026!

The symbolic key handover took place "Here the project partners take responsibility together to give people a livable home," emphasized Gaebler. A strong sign for Berlin, where living space and church commitment synergies!

District Mayor Demirbüken-Wegner was also enthusiastic: "A new home is more than a roof over her head, it is the beginning of a new story." A total of an incredible eight million euros flow into these social institutions. The Face Campus will not only offer living space, but also act as a center for education and social support!
