Crime cover of the year wanted: Voting runs until April 14, 2024

The Humboldt Library in Berlin-Tegel is the only search for the most beautiful crime thriller cover of a German-speaking author last year. Twelve nominated book covers are exhibited there, and the public has the opportunity until April 14, 2024 to personally coordinate in the library, on the website of the city library or at www.krimi-forum.de. The winner of the competition will be announced on May 15, 2024 at the opening gala of the Criminale in Hanover.

The finalists were selected by the Bloody Cover jury in cooperation with the syndicate and the crime thriller for 600 crime signs of 2023. This competition takes place for the 23rd time and serves to choose the most original and striking crime thriller cover in the past year.

Cultural City Councilor Harald Muschner (CDU) explains that everyone who participates in the vote has the chance to win a criminal book price. The price is awarded by the syndicate, the association for German -language crime literature.

The Humboldt Library, located at Karolinenstraße 19, 13507 Berlin, is open on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., so that visitors have enough time to look at the nominated book cover and give their vote.
