A very special anniversary was celebrated on Saturday, September 20th, in the picturesque Tegeler Seaeter - Albatros gGmbH proudly cheered over 40 years of impressive work! Reinickendorf's district mayor, Emine Demirbüken-Wegner (CDU), did not miss the opportunity to congratulate personally and brought a sensational surprise!
"What a great celebration! It was an honor for me to celebrate the Albatros family on this special day. Congratulations to managing director Friedrich Kiesinger and the entire team for four decades of outstanding services for the people in Berlin and Reinickendorf!", The Mayor called full of enthusiasm.
a pioneer in social aid
Albatros gGmbH has made a name for itself as a true pioneer all of Germany, especially when it comes to community psychiatric composite systems and the integration of mentally ill people. "You have impressively showed how essential it is to support people in their social environment and offer them new life perspectives. I am particularly proud that Albatros always appreciates Reinickendorf as a home district despite its extensive activities," continues Demirbüken-Wegner.
As part of the celebrations, the district mayor presented a symbolic check for 500 euros on behalf of the district office - a sign of the great appreciation for the tireless work of Albatros gGmbH. "I am looking forward to the future joint projects: We are planning living space for people with mental illnesses, a new day clinic and even an intercultural health center! We shape the future together - I stand at your side!" Emphasized the mayor.
