Kulturinsel Berlin: an afternoon festival of Queer Literature and Music

On Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Danziger Strasse 101 in Berlin will be the scene of a special event. The cultural island invites you to a reading festival that focuses on the voices of Queerer author: in focus and thus makes an important contribution to visibility and recognition of a variety of life realities.

In a lively setting that invites visitors: Inside to discover stories to discover stories, ten Berlin author appear: inside. The lectures take place at various stations, including in the raised beds and in the beer garden. To round off the afternoon musically, a final concert with Kaey and José celebrities begins at 6 p.m. in the honeycomb, which present a captivating mix of jazz classics, chansons and original cover versions.
