Pankow Health House: Free psychosis seminars and trialogical choir
Positive impulses for the community: Open offers in the health house Pankow
In the heart of Berlin, more precisely in the Pankow health house, there is initiative that wants to help promote awareness of mental health and to strengthen community. These offers are aimed at everyone who is interested in the discussion and exchange of mental illnesses and are open to people from all areas of life.
trialogical choir: a room for vocal healing
Every first and third Tuesday of the month, the trialogical choir offers a platform for self -portrayal and sociable cooperation. This initiative is not only intended for people with mental illnesses, but also for their relatives and interested parties. The meetings start at 5:00 p.m. and take place in room 303 of the health house. Here is sung, laughed and experiences exchanged, which contributes not only to the individual, but also to joint healing. Singing in the group has proven to be valuable because it strengthens the feeling of belonging and support. Ute Mehner from the WIB GmbH contact and advice center is available for information and can be reached on 030 925 38 37.
Psychose seminar: Diversity of experiences
Another important offer is the psychosis seminar, which takes place every second Wednesday of the month. Under the motto "It is normal to be different", it enables the participants to share their experiences and learn from each other. This seminar brings together people who are either confronted with the subject of psychosis through personal experience, as relatives or as experts. The trialogical approach promotes the exchange of different perspectives, which is perceived as very enriching. Accompanying the seminar is moderated by experts through training and through their own experiences. There is an open invitation to everyone who is interested in the beginnings and dealing with mental illnesses. The group meetings start at 6:00 p.m. in the Pankow health department.
These regulations in the Pankow Health House are part of a larger trend that is becoming increasingly important in society: acceptance and understanding of mental illnesses. It is important to recognize that mental health is part of our entire well -being and that support for communities plays a crucial role. Such open events not only contribute to clarification, but also create a network of support that is valuable for everyone involved.
The offers in the Pankow Health House thus represent an important step towards inclusion and a positive creation of space for discussions about mental health. By finding people together to share their stories, they contribute to reducing prejudices and strengthening understanding for each other.
