Funding opportunities for social innovation projects in Berlin - inform now and make applications!

The project is co -financed by the State of Berlin by means of the European Social Fund and managed by the Investment Bank Berlin (IBB). The funding aims to promote the social integration of people who are threatened by poverty and social exclusion in the Berlin districts.

The district of the BBWA) implements the LSI funding instrument to address local problem situations and solve with new approaches. The projects can receive up to 50,000 euros and should start on January 1, 2024 at the earliest, with a maximum term of six months.

Although the Pankow district has the slightest risk of poverty in Berlin, many people still live without work and socially isolated in the district. The BBWA Pankow therefore uses the opportunity to promote social-innovative approaches through EU and state funds to improve the situation of those affected.

Project suggestions can be submitted to the BBWA Pankow office by December 11, 2023. The application deadline for the final applications at IBB will run from January 15 to February 16, 2024.
