In den kommenden Jahren stehen umfangreiche Veränderungen auf dem Gelände der Wolkenstein-Grundschule und des Rosa-Luxemburg-Gymnasiums im Kissingenviertel an. Ein Neubau soll entstehen, Schulhöfe werden umgestaltet und Gebäude saniert. Das Bezirksamt Pankow lädt die Nachbarschaft und alle Interessierten zur einer Informationsveranstaltung am Dienstag, dem 9. Juli 2024 ein. Die Veranstaltung, organisiert vom bezirklichen Raum für Beteiligung „Pankow beteiligt“, beginnt um 15.30 Uhr mit einer Ausstellung auf der Borkumstraße/ Ecke Neumannstraße. Campus development in the Kissingenviertel is welcomed by Jörn Pasternack as an important step. The implementation of the planning will not only create urgently needed school places, but will also offer a better learning environment for the students. In particular, the integration of a part of Borkumstrasse into the school premises will make the place more secure for the students.

All interested citizens are invited to visit the issuing of plans and designs on Borkumstrasse/ corner of Neumannstrasse from 3:30 p.m. In bad weather, the plans in the auditorium of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Gymnasium are exhibited. The presentation and questionnaire begins at 5 p.m. in the auditorium of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Gymnasium.
