Participation of the public in development plans in Buch
The development plans 3-42 "Brunnengalerie Buch-Nord" and 3-43 "Brunnengalerie Buch-Süd" are currently in the public phase of the public, which runs from May 21 to June 21, 2024. During this period, interested parties have the opportunity to view the development plan forwarding at two locations and to give their opinion in writing or electronically. The locations for the insight are the District Office Pankow of Berlin and the Bucher Bürgerhaus.
The development plan 3-42 "Brunnengalerie Buch- Nord" aims to secure the Buch (BIZ) education and integration center, a school and sports location, an area for a daycare center and space to expand the Berlin-Buch campus. Public green areas with playground and public traffic areas, including foot and cycle paths, are also intended.
The development plan 3-43 "Brunnengalerie Buch-Süd" strives to secure a commercial area for the expansion of the Berlin-Buch Campus, community areas for a daycare center and public administration, public green spaces with a playground and the designation of an area for the "Revierbungspunkt Grünfärfache". Here, too, existing and future public traffic areas, including foot and cycle paths, are planned.
The incoming statements are taken into account in a later weighing process in order to weigh the public and private issues against each other and with each other.
It is important that citizens actively participate in this process to ensure that their interests and concerns are taken into account in the further planning and implementation. The possibility to inspect the development plan advance and to submit statements is available both on site and online via the corresponding platforms.
