Together protect the environment: Neukölln relies on climate parking book

Climate protection is a topic that affects us all. A new tool is now presented in an initiative that was launched by District Office Neukölln and the Association for Ecological Communication (OEKOM e.V.): The climate savings book. This free guide offers numerous tips and tricks for a climate -friendly and sustainable lifestyle.

The climate parking book answers everyday questions on how to eat climate -friendly, how to save energy in the household or how to use electronic devices sustainably. It also provides information about weekly markets in Neukölln, repair -friendly places and much more.

District Mayor Martin Hikel emphasizes the importance of climate protection and sustainability for the entire community. The climate parking book is intended to enable citizens to make a contribution to climate protection themselves and question their lifestyle.

As an additional incentive, the climate parking book contains vouchers from local providers of sustainable products and services. This rewarded and promoted climate -friendly behavior.

The Neukölln climate parking book is now available free of charge in various facilities in the district town. A digital version without vouchers is also available online.

This initiative was financially supported as part of the Berlin Energy and Climate Protection Program (BEK 2030) by the Senate Department for Mobility, Transport, Climate Protection and the Environment. It is an important step towards a sustainable future for Neukölln and the entire city of Berlin.
