The district offices Neukölln and Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg organize a public film and discussion evening with the GenderCC- Women for Climate Justice e.V. The evening takes place in the cinema Moviemento in Berlin and will show the film "Bigger Than Us". Admission is free of charge, but a reservation stating the first and last name is required. The film evening is part of the "Fair Week 2023" and is devoted to the topic of climate justice.

climate justice refers to the assumption of responsibility for the consequences of the climate crisis of people who contribute significantly. However, it is often the people in the poorest countries that are most affected by the effects and are least able to protect themselves against it. The fair week 2023 is committed to addressing these injustices.

The film "Bigger Than Us" portrays six young people from different parts of the world who are committed to a better world. They fight for human rights, the climate, social justice, education and food. After the film, Noro Enkhbaatar from Gendercc - Women for Climate Justice e.V. will talk about her experience as an activist and discuss what motivates her to fight for her principles.
