New Restaurant Höfts in the Villa Kellermann: a pleasure for gourmets!

The gastronomy in Berlin experiences exciting times! The popular "Villa Kellermann", which was once founded by star chef Tim Raue and Günther Jauch, has found new operators. Gabriele Höft and her husband Christian Pulwitt are determined to turn the fateful course of the restaurant on the Holy Lake. After the surprising closure after only five years, "Höftts" will open on January 1, 2025. Höft plans to offer the famous Königsberger Klopse from Raue, as well as a variety of other dishes such as jacket potatoes with curd cheese, tarte flambee and Smash Burger, as she revealed to the "Tagesspiegel". But even before the official opening, a bitter disappointment for the gourmets has announced itself: The Christmas card on December 25th and 26th is fully booked!

But that's not the only good news from the capital. In the Berlin television tower, the highly decorated star chef Tim Raue will take over the culinary reins. Anja Nitsch, the managing director of the television tower, is pleased about this cooperation and emphasizes that Raue has already prepared his famous Königsberg Klopse for Barack Obama. Raue himself is enthusiastic about the chance to combine his culinary art with a breathtaking view of Berlin. The new restaurant should open in the spring of 2025, but beforehand extensive renovation work must be completed in order to design the kitchen according to fire protection regulations. All dishes are prepared at the foot of the tower and then transported to the 207 meter high restaurant.
