New office for Grant Thornton: John Jahr Haus in Berlin is being built!

In a spectacular step, the Jahrgruppe from Hamburg signed a rental contract with the auditing company Grant Thornton over around 5,000 square meters of office space in the "John Year House" in Berlin. The impressive construction project, which is to be completed by the beginning of 2026, is located on Kurfürstenstrasse - the former location of the "Constanze press house". From November 2026, Grant Thornton will move into the new premises that are part of a modern 17-storey office tower.

The entire ensemble will have a gross area of ​​around 22,000 square meters, of which 16,900 square meters are eliminated on office space, while another 4,300 square meters of living space and 800 square meters for retail and catering are intended. A well thought-out infrastructure is supplemented with 69 parking spaces and 180 covered bicycle parking spaces. The rental was taught by BNP Paribas Real Estate in collaboration with Jones Lang Lasalle, supported by legal consultants from FPS and Greenberg sad.
