The urban sports landscapes of Berlin are facing exciting innovations. From the 51st calendar week of this December, construction work for the movement band in the Schillerhöhe, a project that is designed as a living quarters for young and old begin. The Mitte district, under the direction of City Councilor Ephraim Gothe, announced the implementation of the design of BWGT e. V. for the years 2024 and 2025. This project is supported by the Senate Department for Urban Development, Building and Living to strengthen the major Berlin settlements.

In times of growing popularity of sports climbing, the DAV and the construction projects in Berlin set new standards for inclusive, sporting activities in urban rooms.
