New plan for business and office in Mitte: Public interpretation from July 2024
New business and office work planned for Berlin Mitte
In a current message, the district councilor for urban development and facility management, Ephraim Gothe, informed about the design of the project-related development plan 1-109 VE, "Jaho" for the land east of Alexanderstrasse between Holzmarktstraße and the Jannowitzbrücke S-Bahn station in the Mitte district.
It is planned to build a business and office and office work with three underlying as well as publicly accessible or publicly effective uses on the ground floor and the first and last upper floors. This construction project is to be legally possible by the development plan.
The development of the development plan is published in the period from July 15, 2024 to August 16, 2024. Interested citizens can view the documents online or physically in the Schiller library, Müllerstr. 149, 13353 Berlin, view on the ground floor. Opening times are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Opinions on the development plan can be submitted during the publication period. These should be submitted electronically via the specified websites or by email to bebauungsplan@ba-mitte.berlin.de. A submission is also possible by post to the Mitte district office.
