The time has come! The exciting survey on the future of the busy district center around the Bad and Pankstrasse is now active! Under the direction of Ephraim Gothe, the district councilor for urban development and facility management, all residents and regular visitors are asked to raise their voice and to influence the development of their quarter.

The call to participate aims to transform the Bad- and Pankstrasse into a pulsating place for shopping, working and lingering. This initiative has the great goal of gaining a comprehensive understanding of the needs and wishes of the people who live in this lively environment and spend their money.

The project is already picking up speed! In the summer of 2024, a profound inventory of the current commercial use and a critical analysis of the existing structures was carried out. The opinions of the participants are integrated into a future -oriented business road concept, which will provide both short -term and long -term measures to make the quarter even more attractive.

In addition to the survey, personal discussions with traders, residents and representatives of social and cultural institutions are also held. This creates a comprehensive image of the current situation on site. "The results of the survey are an important basis for the development of our future work program.
