Promotion of cultural education for 11 projects decided

Die Bezirksbürgermeisterin von Mitte, Stefanie Remlinger, hat kürzlich über die Ergebnisse der diesjährigen Förderung aus den Mitteln des Berliner Projektfonds Kulturelle Bildung informiert. Bei der ressortübergreifenden Jury, die am 7. Februar 2024 tagte, wurden insgesamt 11 Projekte mit einem Gesamtvolumen von 42.345,00 € positiv beschieden. Die eingereichten Anträge umfassten eine Vielzahl künstlerischer Ausdrucksformen wie Musik, Film, Bildende Kunst und Theater, die aktuell relevante Themen kritisch behandeln oder Identitätsfragen und Selbstwirksamkeit beleuchten. The district mayor of Mitte, Stefanie Remlinger, recently informed about the results of this year's funding from the funds of the Berlin project fund. At the cross -departmental jury, which met on February 7, 2024, a total of 11 projects with a total volume of € 42,345.00 were positive. The submitted applications included a large number of artistic forms of expression such as music, film, visual art and theater that critically treat relevant topics critically or examine questions of identity and self -efficacy. The funded projects aim to work with daycare centers, primary schools, high schools and youth leisure facilities.

It is gratifying to see how the culture in the middle is encouraged and how different artistic areas can be used to treat important social and historical topics. Cooperation with educational institutions and youth institutions also strengthens the connection between art and education in the region.

One of the possibilities to support the projects that are positive by the jury is the funding from the Berlin project fund of cultural education. This enables creative ideas and innovative approaches to be implemented and made accessible to a wider public.
