Celebration of the Arts: 20 Years of Kunstverein Tiergarten - Re: Vision Jubilee Exhibition
In the middle there are exciting news from the art scene. The Kunstverein Tiergarten celebrates its 20th anniversary with the exhibition Re: Vision. This shows a selection of works by the 1303 artists who have exhibited in the North Gallery in the past two decades. Visitors can take part in the presentation by exploring the room book installation and discovering the works of art. The exhibition is designed as a thank you for everyone involved and sponsor and includes a diverse accompanying program with performances, concerts and discussions.
At the opening of the exhibition, prominent personalities such as the State Secretary for Culture Sara Wedl-Wilson and the district mayor Stefanie Remlinger spoke. The event took place on September 13, 2024 in the North Gallery.
Another highlight is the exhibition "Round Hall" in the Wedding gallery. The artist Raquel van Haver portrays committed people from the Wedding and thus creates an impressive representation of the local cohesion. The exhibition runs from September 14 to November 17, 2024 and offers visitors the opportunity to gain insights into the diverse networks and initiatives of the neighborhood.
In the Philipp-Schaeffer library, the Jacoby & Stuart publisher presents its children's book program from September 30th to November 22, 2024. The exhibition shows a selection of classic and modern children's and youth books as well as illustrated novels and graphic novels. Visitors have the opportunity to borrow exhibition copies and get to know the books.
These diverse cultural highlights offer art and book lovers in the middle of gathering new inspiration and being inspired by the creative diversity of the city.
