Slow walks in the Kaulsdorf district center: free participation every Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.
Wednesdays at 11 a.m. the Kaulsdorf district center offers regular walks. Participation is free and the participants have the opportunity to move in the fresh air, to exchange ideas and to experience new conviviality. The group is accompanied on a voluntary basis and is aimed specifically at people who are difficult to walk and who are unable to cover long distances. The walks usually last between 30 and 60 minutes and take place in the area of the district center. Interested parties can obtain further information by phone at 030/56588762 or by email to stz-kaulsdorf@ev-mittendendrin.de
The initiative to organize these walks may address a need in the local community for more movement options and social interaction. Older people or people with mobility restrictions in particular could benefit from this option to move regularly in the fresh air and at the same time come into contact with other people.
In the past, walks together have often been a popular activity for communities to meet, exchange ideas and spend time together. With the increasing awareness of the importance of movement and social interaction for health and well -being, this initiative could have a positive effect on the local community. For those interested, we have created a table with information on the regular walks in the Kaulsdorf district center:
