New cooperation brings Bắc Ninh and Marzahn-Hellersdorf closer together

A new partnership was signed on July 5, 2024 between the People's Committee of the province of Bắc Ninh in Vietnam and the Marzahn-Hellersdorf district government in Berlin. The aim of this cooperation is to consolidate friendly relationships and promote the exchange in different areas.

The agreement includes delegation exchange activities to improve mutual understanding. In addition, information and experiences in health, education, youth, economy, trade, culture, renewable energies, management, nature conservation as well as historical and cultural relics should be exchanged. Particular attention is paid to economic cooperation in the areas of industry, energy and health.

District Mayor Nadja Zivkovic said positively about the partnership and emphasized the advantages of cultural and economic exchange for both sides. In particular, it sees potential for fruitful cooperation in the areas of health, education and renewable energies.

Đào Quang Khải, deputy chairman of the Bắc Ninh People's Committee, was also confident about the new possibilities that open up through the partnership. He believes that the exchange will deepen mutual understanding and cooperation in many important areas, which benefits both communities.
