Six building permits and four applications in April 2024 in Lichtenberg
In April 2024,In the Lichtenberg district office, several building permits and applications for building permit for construction projects over € 1 million were granted or received. The approved projects include the construction of wood module houses in Falkenberg, the redistribution of the ground floor in the Linden-Center Berlin in Neu-Hohenschönhausen and the construction of a new distribution center in Alt-Hohenschönhausen. The applications received are, among other things, the conversion/renovation of the woodenwurmhaus in Neu-Hohenschönhausen, the establishment of an administrative building in Friedrichsfelde and the basic repair of the "Kultschule" in Friedrichsfelde.
