In April 2024, several building permits and applications for building projects for construction projects over € 1 million were granted or received in the Lichtenberg district office. The approved projects include the construction of wood module houses in Falkenberg, the redistribution of the ground floor in the Linden-Center Berlin in Neu-Hohenschönhausen and the construction of a new distribution center in Alt-Hohenschönhausen.
