The Queer Prize Lichtenberg is an important initiative to honor the commitment and support for the Queere Community in Lichtenberg. It is a step towards more acceptance and inclusion in society. By awarding people, companies or organizations that actively work for the concerns of LSBTIQ* people, the visibility and recognition of the queer community are strengthened. This helps to create an open and tolerant environment for all citizens.
