according to a report by www.berlin.de there was several construction projects in the district in September 2023 Lichtenberg. Two new inputs for preliminary notices for construction projects over € 1 million were recorded. The first project concerns Mauritiususkirchstraße 3 in Lichtenberg, where the dismantling of an existing development and then the construction of a business and house is planned. The second project is located in Alfred-Kowalke-Straße 39 b in Friedrichsfelde and provides for the construction of a commercial building for administrative purposes.
In addition, three applications for a building permit over € 1 million were submitted to the Lichtenberg district office in the same month. Applications concern the property of Alt-Friedrichsfelde 66 in Friedrichsfelde, where a container system is planned for the Adam Ries primary school. Furthermore, a hall with office wing for a commercial operation is to be built at Coppistraße 5 in Lichtenberg. The third application concerns Liepnitzstraße 32 in Karlshorst, where a building is being renovated and the ground floor is to be used for residential purposes. In addition, the expansion of the attic and the cultivation of an external elevator is planned.In September 2023, two building permits were also granted. The first project affects Gernotstraße 36 in Lichtenberg, where the construction of a new residential building with 42 residential units is planned. The second project is located in Köpenicker Allee 39 in Karlshorst and provides for the renovation and expansion of a sub -area of the garden floor of the Catholic University for use as a vocational school.
The projects will be presented on Thursday, October 12, 2023, in the ecological urban development committee: tenants: interior protection and facility management and discussed with the district prescribers.
