Promotion for queer projects: Application by September 15th

clubs, sponsors, institutions and volunteers in the district have the opportunity to apply for funding for queer projects and events by September 15, 2024. The funds of 95,000 euros made available by the Senate are intended to support intersectional queer projects. The aim is to expand the infrastructure in the district outskirts through meeting points and advice for the LSBTIQ+community.

It is aimed at promoting existing projects in sub -supplied parts of the district, as well as intersectionally working projects in the areas of youth work, work for older LSBTIQ+, empowerment of queeren People of Color, Jews, Sinti and Roma, to strengthen people with disabilities and other marginalized groups. In addition, queer groups and initiatives with weak organizational structures are to be supported in outskirts or underserved districts.
