Celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Kiezfonds - hands -on event at the old Hubertusbad!

Next Friday, September 27, 2024, the district office Lichtenberg cordially invites all interested parties to take part in an information and hands-on event in the old Hubertusbad in Berlin. Under the motto "Commitment makes you beautiful", the diverse commitment of the neighborhoods in the district is recognized.

In cooperation with various organizations such as the Lichtenberger contact point for citizen participation, the Oskar | Volunteering agency and the control center for child and youth participation are offered numerous hands-on activities. There is also a panel discussion on the subject of "promoting young commitment". The event also serves to honor the volunteer in the district.

District Mayor Martin Schaefer emphasizes the importance of voluntary engagement and the participation in the citizens to strengthen the community and the city. He therefore cordially invites everyone to take part in the event and to find out about opportunities for commitment.
